Jennifer Trouton's painting is central to her life. She has so far mainly produced small scale pictures with high-level detail and smooth finishes. Now she is moving towards painting on a much larger scale, incorporating new images and themes, and needs time and resources to enable her to concentrate on developing her work and her career as an artist.

Funding would enable her to cut down on part time jobs and dedicate more time to her practice and to preparations for a forthcoming solo exhibition in London. She would be able to improve her studio conditions and purchase a range of equipment.
